RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction and the quality of the product are top priorities. Any reports of poor quality products being received are taken with the utmost seriousness, and you can rest assured that everything within reason will be done to rectify the situation.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received, and for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on the part of Futurenaut Tees or any involved partners are covered at the expense of Futurenaut Tees.
If you notice any issue with your order, please contact Futurenaut Tees as soon as possible. If you do not contact me before returning a product, I cannot guarantee you will receive a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for buyer's remorse.
Refunds/exchanges for incorrect sizes are provided on a case-by case basis after communication takes place.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications. Futurenaut Tees reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
